Now here is a product we’ve been waiting for.

An affordable, highly adjustable LCD Viewfinder that doesn’t rely on sticky plates or magnets but rather solidly attaches to your camera. It has all the features you would expect to find in those overpriced viewfinders.

When first you receive your Swivi, you will notice the mounting bracket is shipped in reverse position for packaging, so simply flip it around using the side panel bolts.

This tab slips into the baseplate which has a variety of mount points for a tripod or quick release plates. One very handy feature: the baseplate can fit seamlessly into an Arca Swiss mount.

If you leave all the bolts slightly loose, you can then easily position it exactly where you want it on your camera, and then tighten every thing down.

The Swivi features a handy quick release function for fast installation and removal and like its high cost counterpart – you can flip the viewfinder up out of the way using the lock underneath and you have an instant sunshade.

The viewfinder has x – y and z axis adjustments: up/down, left/right, and front to back movement

The optical quality is amazing … the image is crystal clear even if your vision is not 20/20. The built in diopter lets you easily adjust the viewfinder to your eyesight, letting you adjust from 1 to1 standard mode up to 3times magnification.

And we’ve saved the best for last.

Your camera’s LCD can be damaged when exposed to direct sunlight thru any attached external viewfinder. The Swivi has a built in lens cover that securely closes the viewfinder’s aperture.

No dangling, tethered caps to get in your way, just close the cap and your camera’s LCD is protected.
